Autosubscribe?

The Autosubscribe option in the account settings doesn't seem to function as expected. Even though I leave it unchecked, the default option when posting a comment is still to subscribe: the "Do not send notifications for this update." option is still unchecked.

That is in regards to other users who have subscriptions that will be fired off by your comment. If someone has subscribed to the post that you're commenting on, you have the option to hold back the notification for your comment. That's help if you find that your comment is, perhaps, insignificant, and not worth bothering people about.
