Friendship workflow is unintuitive

On the "pending" friendship page (user/%uid/relationships/requests) the friendship request text is only displayed after pressing the "approve" link, which isn't very intuitive. Also, if I understand this correctly, then I have to put my own friendship request text in that same form. This proces is confusing and could use some improvement.

I haven't yet received any friendship request but I can confirm that to send a friendship request is intuitive enough.

I agree! Maybe it's graphical

I agree! Maybe it's graphical outline can be adjusted with some more contrast!
