General Drupal_commons user feedback after about a month

Hi All, allow me to made a short introduction for specify my motivations for this post: 

First take a look on my blog-post: what-drive-me-join-project and one-hour-setting-css-and-clone-different-acquiacommons-theme and my user profile.

After joining and contribute to this Acquia Drupal Commons distribution project about a month ago I am very happy to contribute and help out with my modest Drupal knowledge.

I will try to resume some first-chip-in impression as a basic Drupal user for the sake of a general discussion about usability trying to divide in different discussion sections.

I will try to use very simple words to describe some Howto and Why-so impression testing Drupal-Commons for the first time by a newbie Drupal user so excuse me for some very simple and erroneous expressions and feedback syntax.

A.Theme Layout

1. How can I improve the text contrast of Drupal Commons User Interface?

2. Is there an alternative Drupal Commons Theme with more text and layout contrast?

B. Region, Content and Blocks Design

1. How do I add/change/modify easily  Region, Content and Blocks  position to focus on my own Social Community custom needs?

C. Content organization

1. Can I have a custom content that I can share with Group Admins that are accessible only by User-ID 1 and the Groups Admins?

2. How do I build/manage/organize a section of content that have the purpose of provide general information for Anonymous user, like a front page, an about page, contact page, access denied page, page not found page,  etc. without being always in doubt if this content interfere with the default view, panel, page, context structure of Drupal Commons?

3. Provide general site insight statistics information helps today to advertise more successfully a Social Community project, so how do I use charts and statistic features in a intranet environment if I do not allow internet access to the default Google graphic api  that above mentioned modules need to work?

P.S. maybe this should be a Wiki, but I'm not confident where to post because I still get confused with so many Groups and do not really at best differentiate some of them here, so support is needed.
