IMPORTANT Blank email sent when adding users to private group

I manage a private community with DC. All the groups are private (to separate the users depending on the country/language). At the registration I added Country and when a user joins in, I activate his account and I add it to the coresponding group. However, when I add a user to the private group, he receives a blank email. I think this is quite a bug. Does anyone knows how to fix this or put something in that email? Also a blank email is sent when I remove a user from a private group.

Do any emails, such as the general site registration email, come through okay? I'm curious if it's just your server doing something.
Any errors in watchdog or the status report?
Registration ok
Registration emails come through okay. The server is working fine sending emails. However, under OG Configuration Page, I can't find the template for user added by administrator to private group.All the email templates look ok though.
No error in the status report nor in the watchdog. Any advice please?
Fresh install... the bug exits
I tried with a fresh install. The bug is there. I opened an issue at drupal.org: http://drupal.org/node/1065768.
