Notify/Email Group Admins When Someone Joins Their Group

Oddly, there does not appear to be any simple way for the Owner/Admin of a group to receive an email when someone joins their Open Group.  I looked into creating a Rule, but apparently there is no way to target an email specifically to the Group Owner/Admin.

This definitely exists within the realm of "functionality most people will expect to be standard" in this kind of application.

Am I missing something?

Rules

I created a rule that sends me an email every time a new member account is created. Should be able to do the same thing for this.
