Weird Double Edit Box Theming issue on Custom Content Type

Trying to setup Commons for a School. To that end, I tried to create a new Content Type using CCK.

NOTE: Added CCK Email to Drupal Common.

Problem: All the Text fields using Filter HTML WYSIWYG Edit box show up "Twice" on the content type in create or edit mode.

Attached is CCK Export for the content type

Can you replicate this issue on a clean Drupal installation?

Would you migrate your Commons site to Drupal 7
